Answers & General Information
Do you sell Gift Certificates??
Yes! We sell gift certificates valid up to 90 days. You can download a gift certificate request form from our Downloads Page.
Do you offer Shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping within the continental U.S. On special request we have shipped to Canada and Western Europe. Please specify on your order form id you reside outside the continental U.S.
What shipping methods do you use?
We are partial to Fedex and our standard shipping method is typically Fedex Ground. We will also ship USPS priority if required (for military bases, etc.) If you wanted a guaranteed receipt date, we will ship any other method Fedex offers. Please note, we do not pad our shipping costs. All rates are determined by Fedex.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! For residents living in the Tri-State Area, we offer local delivery for a low rate. The rate will vary on location and item. If you would like your item delivered, please specify “Local Delivery” on your order form.

What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), bank certified checks, and cash. If you wish to pay by personal check, please note that we only accept personal check at festivals with proper ID and information verification.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to report any defect or problem with your order. We will immediately attempt to repair the item. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. This is our general policy, we reserve the right to alter this policy for invoiced billing and long-term projects.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes! Military personnel receive a 10% discount with ID. We also periodically offer discount codes to our ETSY Shop. Check our blog or SUBSCRIBE to our IRONCLAD NEWSLETTER to receive the latest offers!
